20 Feet Over Height Explosion-Proof Container

In the end of March, Standard Automobile (Guangdong) Co., Ltd undertook the urgent order of Guangzhou Fluid Technology Company and completed a 20 feet over height explosion-proof container sample container within 12 days. On April 13, the container was sent to Guangzhou South Railway Station and put into use next day.  

According to the technicians, the container has an external dimension of 6058 x 2438 x 3000 mm(LxWxH). Its length and width are the same as that of a standard 20 feet shipping container, and its height is 3 meters, 104 mm more than that of a high cube shipping container, which is 2896 mm.  In terms of main structure, 120 x 120 x 5 mm square tube is adopted, and the bottom beam is 50 x 50 x 3 mm square tube, so as to ensure the stability of the box body and facilitate the bearing of large weight equipment used for making acetylene gas. In addition, to prevent accidents, the top of the container is made of A60 grade rock wool board, and the purl-ins of the roof are fixed with explosion-proof bolts, which further improves the safety of the explosion-proof container. 

At the same time, the container also built explosion-proof partition board, material is 9.5 mm x 2 double-layer explosion-proof steel plate (including fiber mud), the partition surface is made of galvanized steel material, fire resistance limit of 4 to 6 hours, greatly strengthen the impact resistance of the container, but also meet the requirements of internal equipment fire explosion-proof. With the supporting explosion-proof door (1200 x 2100 mm), the main material is steel metal, can withstand 1000 (kJ/㎡) pendulum impact.
