In mid-July, after 40 days of design and production, the first batch of 20 house container structures were successively sent to Guangzhou for internal decoration, and it is expected to be exported on board at the end of August, and delivered to customers. It is reported that the container has successfully passed 13 experiments under the ISO 1496-1 standard, and successfully obtained the CSC certificate and container security permit.
According to the designer, the dimensions of the exported house container are the same as the 40 feet high cube container, that is 12192 x 2438 x 2896 mm (LxWxH), which is convenient for lifting, stacking and shipping. In terms of structure, the left side of container is provided with 3 pairs of doors and windows, the door opening size is 930 x 2045 mm (WxH) and the window opening size is 1000 x 1145 mm (WxH). There is an equipment compartment near the rear door, which is used to place the air conditioning outdoor unit and the air duct equipment. In order to solve the ventilation problem, the designer directly canceled the door panel design of the rear door and modified to aluminum shutter.
In terms of materials, the bottom beam is replaced by 16# hot-rolled channel steel, which greatly enhances the toughness of the base structure, and other materials such as the top, side wall panels, corner fittings, corner post, etc. are the same as the standard shipping container materials. In addition, in order to facilitate subsequent internal decoration, the left, right and front walls of the container are provided with a ring of 50 x 28 mm vertical ribs and 50 x 2 mm flat iron.
