20 Feet Chemical Laboratory Equipment Container Off Line

After the end of the epidemic, the domestic manufacturing industry ushered in a strong recovery, and enterprises in the Pearl River Delta are no exception. At the end of February, Standard Automobile (Guangdong) Co., Ltd participated in the design, production and delivery of a 20 feet container of high cube chemical experimental equipment.


The container’s external dimension is 6058 x 2438 x 2896 mm (LxWxH), the same size as a 20 feet high cube shipping container. The corner cost is made of 150x150x10 mm square tube material, and the bottom cross beam is made of 150x100x6 mm square tube instead of the traditional 4mm bending parts, which greatly strengthens the load and pressure resistance of the container. The top of the container is provided with a square flange for installing the fan. There are two emergency escape doors on the left and right sides of the container directly below the fan. The dimensions are 780 x 2000 mm (WxH) and 1200 x 2058 mm (WxH) respectively. In addition, the top of the container is also installed with a 5 meter long guide rail, equipped with 1 ton load manual hoist equipment, convenient for the experimental personnel to move the equipment and instruments.


It is understood that the equipment container is mainly used for chemical experiments, and there are related experimental equipment and corrosive experimental raw materials placed inside. In order to ensure the safety of the experiment container, in the design and production process, the container’s interior around and the top plate to add an extra layer of stainless steel interior plate, container’s floor is the thickness of 4.5 mm stainless steel checkered plate, so as to achieve in the anti-corrosive at the same time, with a certain air tight effect.
